Hello, I’m Adna Hodzic — Altyn’s CEO and founder.
When I started in sales, I began in an entry-level role, learned everything from the ground up, and committed myself to becoming a leader worth following. Today, I’m proud to lead Altyn Marketing Inc. with the same values that helped me grow: discipline, mentorship, and people-first leadership.
At Altyn, we’re in the business of people. We partner with big box retailers to deliver world-class sales and marketing solutions — but what truly sets us apart is our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

With a natural ability to bring people together, Brennon builds teams rooted in trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
He's driven by a deep focus on family, personal development, and helping others reach their potential. Unafraid to take control when needed or own up to his mistakes, Brennon leads with humility and strength— making him not just a trainer, but a true role model.
Antonio Rodriguez
Antonio is a highly disciplined and growth-focused Corporate Trainer who exemplifies consistency, integrity, and dedication. Known for his quiet strength and unwavering work ethic, Antonio brings a unique blend of humility and drive to the team. Despite his naturally reserved nature, he consistently pushes beyond his comfort zone to lead by example and deliver results.
A master of organization and time management, Antonio thrives on structure and continuous improvement-always striving to sharpen his skills and uplift those around him. His genuine care for people and eagerness to help make him not only a trusted trainer, but also a supportive teammate and mentor. Trinity is a powerhouse performer and a fearless example of what relentless drive looks like. As one of the top sales leaders on the team, she sets the pace through action, not words, proving that excuses have no place when excellence is the standard.
